The rat Hnf1a enhancer/promoter drives expression of a phosphorylation-resistant mutant human RB1 cDNA. Phosphorylation resistance was created by mutating 12 of 16 consensus phosphorylation sites (8 serines and 4 threonines) to alanines. High levels of transgene expression are detected in the livers of mice in this line. (J:180294)
