A loxP site was inserted upstream of exon 4 and an FRT flanked inverted neo cassette and second loxP site were inserted downstream of exon 4 via homologous recombination. RT-PCR indicates RNA expression is significantly reduced in homozygous mice. This is a hypomorphic allele. (J:181189)
