Tg(Thy1-TARDBP*)BOddo

This transgene contains the 25-kDa C-terminal fragment of human TARDBP (encoding the last 199 amino acids) under the control of the Thy1.2 neuron specific regulatory sequence. Transgenic mice exhibit an accumulation of the 25-kDa fragment in the cytosolic fraction. Line B is the high expressing line and real-time PCR indicates 4.71 copies of the transgene in this line.
