The Epstein-Barr virus ED-L2 promoter drives expression of a modified human IL1B cDNA. The modified human IL1B cDNA consists of the IL1RN signal sequence and a cDNA encoding for the 17 kDa mature human IL1B. Two lines were generated one with high expression and one with low expression. (J:180282)
