Tg(Lck-ETS2)1Boul

This transgene contains the full length, 2.1 kb human v-ets erythroblastosis virus E26 oncogene homolog 2 (avian) (ETS2) cDNA inserted into the p1017 expression vector between the T cell specific, proximal promoter from the mouse lymphocyte protein tyrosine kinase (Lck) gene and the human growth hormone (GH1) genomic sequence, including the GH1 polyadenylation signal. Based on Southern blot analysis, seven copies of the transgene are estimated to be present. Western blot analysis of total thymocyte lysates from these mice using anti-ETS2 antibodies demonstrates expression of the full-length ETS2 protein. (J:79809)
