Trapped gene association determined by genome coordinate overlap and strand. Gene trap vector is inserted in intron 6. The floxed "SA" element was then removed by cre excision. Mice carrying one copy of this allele produce only about 5% of control levels of protein while homozygotes produce 10% of control levels at E9.5 as determined by Western Blot. (J:178271)
