The aP2-hIKKbeta SE transgene was designed with a constitutively active form of the human inhibitor of kappaB kinase beta (IKBKB) gene driven by a mouse fatty acid binding protein 4 (Fabp4) promoter, followed by an SV40 polyadenylation site. Line 49 was generated. (J:177103)
