Tg(CAG-GFP,-Cthrc1)11Vli

Mouse lines were generated using a construct composed of the CAG promoter driving a loxP-flanked GFP/polyA cassette followed by the sequence encoding collagen triple helix repeat containing 1 (Cthrc1). A myc epitope tag was fused to the C-terminus of the Cthrc1 sequence. Line 11 was used for further characterization. Cre mediated recombination excises the GFP cassette, resulting in Cthrc1 transcription. Cthrc1 expression can be followed by myc immunohistochemistry. (J:175492)
