Tex19.1^{tm1(rtTA2S*M2,lacZ)Jw}

The open reading frame, contained entirely in exon 3, was replaced by a cassette composed of rtTA2S*M2, an IRES and a lacZ-SV40 polyadenylataion signal, followed by a floxed PGK-new selection gene. Western blot analysis confirmed the absence of protein in the testes. (J:166982)
