The insertion of Velocigene cassette ZEN-Ub1 created a deletion of size 30824bp between positions 46151630-46182453 of Chromosome 11 (Build GRCm39). The lacZ cassette replaced exons 2-5. QRT-PCR confirmed a 50% reduction in transcript expression in the hippocampus and cortex of heterozygotes. (J:136110, J:219363)
