Tg(UBB-EmGFP/RNAi:Sarm1)#Yph

The transgene contains a human UBB promoter driving ubiquitous expression of a floxed DsRED*T3/stop cassette, emerald GFP (EmGFP) usptream of two different short hairpins targeting Sarm1, two polyadenylation sequences, and tandem cHS sequences. Cre-mediated recombination removed the DsRED*T3/stop cassette. Three lines were generated with lines 1 and 3 exhibiting higher EmGFP expression compared with line 2.
