Spink2^{Gt(327A6)Cmhd}

The gene trap inserted upstream of exon 1 and resulted in a transcript containing the gene trap fused to exon 2. A 75% reduction in protein expression was confirmed by western blot analysis. This allele is hypomorphic. (J:175913)
