A targeting vector was constructed so that homology arms flanked a cassette containing an IRES-cre/ERT2-pA-neo-loxP-pA sequence. Homologous recombination in RJ2.2 ES cells resulted in insertion of the cassette into the 3' UTR of the Myoc locus. (J:171549)
