Tg(Fadd/EGFP)#Jizh

EGFP was cloned into a 12.5 kb mouse Fadd minigene within exon 2 at the 3' end of the coding region. LoxP sites were also inserted upstream of exon 1 and downstream of exon 2. The final construct was injected into one-celled mouse embryos. Fifteen transgenic lines were produced. Western blot analysis detected the expected fusion protein in thymus, spleen, and lymph nodes.
