A 5' splice substrate EGFP, polyadenylation sequence and floxed neo cassette replaced the coding region in exon 1 and intron 1. Cre-mediated recombination removed the neo cassette. A 10-fold reduction in transcript reduction was confirmed by RT-PCR. (J:169456)
