A cre/ERT2 cassette was cloned into a vector containing 4.4 kb of the murine Tert promoter. The linearized construct was electroporated into J1 ES cells for integration. 3 clones were selected for blastocyst injection and three chimeras were generated. One line containing 10 copies of the transgene was selected for further analysis. (J:169012)
