Exon 2 was flanked by two loxP sites, and after the first loxP site a PGK-Neo cassette flanked by FRT sequences was inserted into intron 1 immediately 5' to exon 2. The PGK-Neo selection sequence was removed by FLPe-mediated recombination. (J:168065)
