A BAC containing the Foxn4 locus (RP23-154G3) was modified to place the cre recombinase sequence under control of the endogenous Foxn4 promoter. The construct was injected into (C57BL/6 x CBA)F1 oocytes, and 3 founders were produced. All 3 lines displayed similar expression patterns when crossed to Gt(ROSA)26Sor-EYFP reporter animals. One line was used for complete analysis. (J:166623)
