Tg(H2-D1-EGFP)FP313Gsat

An EGFP reporter gene, followed by a polyadenylation sequence, was inserted into BAC clone RP24388B13 at the initiating ATG codon of the first coding exon of the H2-D1 gene so that EGFP expression is driven by the regulatory sequences of the BAC gene. The resulting modified BAC (BX1058) was used to generate this transgene. (J:100256)
