Tg(Gnb4-EGFP)LE63Gsat

An EGFP reporter gene, followed by a polyadenylation sequence, was inserted into BAC clone RP23-344J5 at the initiating ATG codon of the first coding exon of the Gnb4 gene so that EGFP expression is driven by the regulatory sequences of the BAC gene. The resulting modified BAC (BX1350) was used to generate this transgene. (J:100256)
