The insertion of Velocigene cassette ZEN-Ub1 created a deletion of size 1027bp between positions 24650888-24651914 of Chromosome 5 (Build GRCm39). Western blot analysis confirmed the absence of protein expression in mouse embryonic fibroblasts isolated from homozygous mutant mice. (J:136110, J:284575)
