The G4 intronic enhancer (1107 bp, GenBank Acc ID HM212783) of the mouse Gata4 gene was fused to the Gata4 minimal promoter (-443 to +52 of Gata4 sequence) and was cloned into a cre expression plasmid containing cre cDNA and SV40 splice and polyA sites. The construct was purified for pronuclear injection. Male founders were crossed to FVB females. Line numbers were not specified in the original reference. (J:165741)
