The coding region of exon 1 was replaced with human HBEGF (Diphtheria toxin receptor) fused to EGFP and a floxed neo cassette. Cre mediated recombination removed the neo cassette. This allele allows for conditional ablation of Cxcl12-expressing cells following treatment with Diphtheria toxin. (J:164657)
