The hygromycin B resistance gene, driven by the PGK (phosphoglycerate kinase) promoter flanked with two flippase recognition target sequences, one loxP sequence downstream of the hygromycin B resistance gene, was inserted in 5' upstream of exon2 in intron1. A second loxP sequence was inserted in intron 2. This is a conditional allele. (J:159624)
