2.3 kb of the coding sequence (amino acids 103-881) was replaced with a lacZ/neo cassette. RT-PCR and northern blot analysis confirmed the absence of transcript expression in unstimulated and LPS- or R848-stimulated bone marrow-derived dendritic cells. Beta galactose staining showed expression of lacZ in mutant lymph nodes and spleens. (J:165267)
