Exons 3 and 4 were excised by crossing Cyp51 mice to Tg(EIIa-cre)C5379Lmgd mice. Absence of gene expression was confirmed by quantitative RT-PCR. No immunologically detectable protein was observed on Western blots. (J:173366)
