Bacterial artificial chromosome (BAC) library was used to obtain a BAC containing the entire human hLRRK2 (leucine-rich repeat kinase 2) gene. This BAC also contained a frt-flanked neomycin selection (neo) cassette which was removed by induction of an arabinose Flp-recombinase. Lines 41, 66, 70, and 107 were created. Transgene insertion occurred on Chr 6, causing a 756 bp deletion. (J:177258)
