The Pou5f1 promoter was used to drive expression of Cerulean fused to histone H2B and mCherry with a 5' fusion to the acrosin secretion signal and a 3' fusion to glyosylphosphatidylinositol. The entire construct is flanked by cHS4 transcriptional insulator sequences. Cerulean expression is restricted to the nucleus and mCherry expression is found on the plasma membrane. (J:154068)
