The mouse Igh (VH186.2) promoter and the IgH-E mu enhancer drive the expression of Mir29a and Mir29b-1, followed by an IRES-hrGFP, humanized renilla, and the SV40 poly (A).Northern blot analysis using RNAs isolated from spleens showed overexpression of Mir-29a and Mir-29b-1 in both transgenic lines (F1 and F2).
