This transgene consists of a -497 bp fragment of the mouse Tnnt2 promoter driving expression of a full length human TNNT2 cDNA containing a G to A substitution that results in an Arg 92 Gln mutation. Five lines were generated (M-1, M-2, M-3, M-4. M-5). In this line (M-2) transgene transcript and protein make up 15% and 9%, respectively, of the total TNNT2 pool. (J:117554)
