One loxP site was inserted in the 3' end of intron 1. An FRT flanked Pgk-neo-PgkTkselection casette was inserted along with a second loxP site 600 bp downstream from exon 7. The FRT flanked selection cassette was removed by transient transfection using an FLPe expression vector. (J:162067)
