A construct containing tetracycline response elements with an antisense CMV promoter element and an frt flanked neo cassette was inserted into intron 1. In addition, exon 2 was flanked by loxP sites. Flp mediated recombination removed the neo cassette leaving exon 2 floxed. (J:160254)
