Tg(AMH-Fshr*D580H)#Hht

The transgene contains a 3.6 kb human AMH promoter, and a murine Fshr with Asp580His mutation. Line number 4 and 14 were used in the study. mRNA of the transgenes was expressed in the ovaries and testes. The expression level of the transgene was similar to that of the endogenous mFshr in the ovaries. The severity of the abnormalities detected in ovaries, adrenal gland, pituitary gland and mammary gland correlated with the ovarian transgenic expression level. (J:160015)
