Tg(NKX2-5-EmGFP)2Conk

The human BAC RP11-88L12 was modified to carry an in-frame P2A-Emerald GFP (EmGFP) insertion, a Zeocin cassette, and an SV40-Neo selection cassette. Expression is detected in early cardiac progenitors, embryonic heart tissues, and other tissues expressing NKX2-5 (e.g. foregut and branchial arches). Two lines were generated (lines 1 and 2).
