Transgenic mice express a FLAG-tagged type III isoform of human CIITA under the control of a CD4 promoter/enhancer cassette. Expression of the transgene is detected in CD4-positive T cells. An additional line, line 400, was also generated and shows a similar phenotype to line 357. (J:99357)
