The insertion of Velocigene cassette ZEN-Ub1 created a deletion of size 31918bp between positions 57313561-57345478 of Chromosome 18 (Build GRCm39). This deletes exons 1-24. Quantitative PCR confirmed absence of RNA in the cerebellum of homozygotes. (J:136110, J:231811)
