Sall1^{tm5(cre/ERT2)Ryn}

The targeting vector consists of a cre/ERT2 fragment fused in-frame with a Sall1 homologous region, a neomycin-resistance gene, a 3' homologous fragment, and a diphtheria toxin A subunit selection cassette in tandem. Homologous recombination was performed in ES cells. The N-terminal amino acids of Sall1 are fused to the cre/ERT2 sequence in the recombined allele. (J:159446)
