The targeting vector used to generate the Nkx6-2tm1Ercs allele was modified by replacing the lacZ/PGKneo cassette with a cre/PGKneo cassette. The same strategy as described in J:71607 was followed to generate this Nkx6-2 mutant allele using the modified targeting vector. (J:131770)
