Tg(tetO-Cd74/MCC)#Doi

Seven tetO sequences were combined with the CMV minimal promoter to drive expression, when induced by doxycycline, of a construct composed of the Cd74 cDNA and a segment of moth cytochrome c DNA encoding amino acid residues 93 to 103 replacing the CLIP region of Cd74, encoding amino acid residues 88 to 98.
