The transgenic construct contained a -3446/+28mGnRH promoter fragment in front of a 1.7-kb fragment containing the cre coding region, an intron derived from the SV40 t-antigen gene, and a nuclear localisation signal. Seven founder lines were generated and founder line 35 was chosen for further study. (J:157600)
