Exon 4 was replaced with a construct containing the following elements: loxP site, exon 4, IRES, GFP, loxP, neo cassette, and loxP site. Cre mediated recombination removed the neo cassette leaving exon 4 following by an IRES sequence and GFP gene floxed. (J:157076)
