The 187 bp of the core-H sequence upstream of Olfr1507 was replaced with an frt-flanked neo cassette. Flp mediated recombination removed the neo cassette. Loss of transcript expression of Olfr1507, Olfr1508, and Olfr1509 was confirmed by in situ hybridization. (J:128605)
