A 5.4 kb promoter for Fabp4 was used to drive expression of a 1.6 kb murine Dgat1 cDNA which expresses an amino-terminal FLAG epitope. The transgene is expressed only in white adepose tissue. A high expressing line (line 2) and a low expressing line (line 3) were established. (J:107180)
