The Camk2a promoter from C57BL/6 mice (AJ222796) was used to drive expression of a human KCNH3 cDNA specifically in the forebrain. Western blot analysis demonstrated protein overexpression in the forebrain. Three lines were produced but only this representative line was published. (J:155749)
