Exons -1, 0, 0a, and 1c of Plec and exons 10 and 11 of Parp10 were replaced with a floxed neo cassette. The neo cassette was removed by cre mediated recombination. The absence of Plec protein expression of isoform C was confirmed by western blot analysis on brain and sciatic nerve extracts. (J:155511)
