Gt(ROSA)26Sor^{tm1(CAG-Bmi1,-EGFP)Nki}

The targeting construct contains a CAG promoter, a floxed transcriptional stop cassette [PGK promoter neo triple poly A] followed by a cDNA encoding mouse Bmi1 and a downstream ires-eGFP cassette. Conditional excision of the poly A signals results in expression of the two inserted constructs under the control of the CAG promoter. (J:184533)
