The major and two cryptic splice sites upstream from the translation initiation codon were mutagenized and a floxed neo cassette was inserted into the downstream intron. The absence of protein expression of isoforms A and B was confirmed by western blot analysis. Expression of isoforms C and D are normal. (J:153562)
