The human EIF1AX (eukaryotic translation initiation factor 1A, X-linked; elongation factor 1A) promoter drives expression of the "Morphogene" transgene which encodes a truncation of the human PMS2 (PMS2 postmeiotic segregation increased 2 (S. cerevisiae)) gene at codon 134 (hPMS2-134). The vector also contains the bovine growth hormone polyA sequence. The transgenic cassette was injected into (C57BL/6 x SJL/J)F2 mouse embryos. Line 685 was established. (J:152364, J:152366)
