Tg(Col1a1*3.6-Topaz)1Rowe

A 3.6 kb promoter fragment of Col1a1 was used to drive expression of the topaz variant of GFP. Expression was confirmed by fluorescent microscopy of tail clips from F1 progeny of the three founders. Expression was seen in skin as well as vertebral bone tissue. (J:151234)
