Dpcd/Poll^{Gt(OST280355)Lex}

Gene trap insertion was in intron 1 of Poll and also the promoter region of Dpcd near the transcriptional start site. These two genes overlap, and the gene trap inserted into this overlapping region. By RT-PCR analysis, no endogenous Poll transcript was detected in homozygous tissues. Similary, no endogenous Dpcd transcript was detected in homozygous tissues. (J:171184)
